Item(s) purchased from www.pasdemer.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, with all the stickers that were included when you received it, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) for a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items. We can change product only in this cases: with the same product with different size/color (if available); with another product with the same price (if available); with another product/s with higher price (if available and after receiving the payment of the difference on our PayPal account (email@example.com). We will delivery the new item only when we’ll receive the one that is want to change. This must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached
